An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading Financial Services company based in Cape Town. They are currently seeking an Operations Associate (HR and Payroll) to join their team. The main responsibility of this role will include assisting with the processing and reconciling of the business's global payroll and employee benefits function.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Global exposure is ideal but not essential
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly payroll reconciliations
- Collating and submitting payroll input to the 3rd party administrators
- Administration of the global benefits offerings
- Ensure HR data is updated on the HR and Payroll systems regarding the employee life cycle
- Commitment to excellence and highly attentive to detail
- Able to function in a high-pressure environment
