A unique opportunity has become available with a well-established, premium medical and aesthetic practice based in Cape Town CBD. This dynamic business operates across two interrelated entities and services a discerning, high-end client base. This role is suited to a driven and detail-oriented Accountant who enjoys structure, accuracy and working in a high-performance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate daily reconciliations and maintaining financial integrity across both entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full function Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Daily reconciliation of card receipts and allocations across two entities
• Intercompany reconciliations and allocations
• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring correct cost allocations
• Assisting with monthly intercompany transfers
• Supporting the finance function with accurate and timely reporting inputs
• Maintaining strong financial controls and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years’ accounting experience 
• Solid AP and AR experience
• Strong reconciliation skills (intercompany exposure advantageous)
• Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Based in Cape Town
