What you will be doing: 

• Process debtor transactions daily, including confirming details with clients
• Handle debtor queries via phone and email
• Manage collections and follow-ups
• Perform debtor reconciliations
• Resolve queries and disputes
• Send statements to clients
• Complete general administrative tasks
• Provide support to the finance team when required
• Prepare payment documentation for release of payments

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum of matric plus 3–5 years’ experience in a Debtors/Accounting administration role
• Experience using an accounting software
• Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Mature, reliable, honest, and results-focused
• Positive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Bilingual advantage, more importantly good communication skills
