The Opportunity

They are looking for both a Creditors Controller and a Debtors Controller, two separate roles, to take ownership of key finance functions. Whether your strength lies in managing supplier relationships and ensuring smooth accounts payable processes or driving collections and protecting cash flow through strong accounts receivable management, these roles are for people who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll work directly with the Financial Manager, with no unnecessary layers of bureaucracy, just real responsibility, strong visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Dependant on your area of expertise, manage the full AP or AR cycle across multiple operating sites
• Ensure accurate reconciliations, payment allocations and month-end reporting
• Resolve supplier, customer and site-related queries proactively and efficiently
• Monitor credit limits, payment schedules and outstanding balances
• Maintain strong internal controls and support clean month-end close processes
• Work closely with operations, procurement and management to keep cash flow and processes running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Own transport is essential and non-negotiable
• 3–4 years’ experience in a Creditors OR Debtors role
• Experience in construction, quarrying, manufacturing, or industrial environments is advantageous
• Sage AccPac or strong ERP system experience preferred
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who resolves issues quickly and directly
• Someone who works independently, takes initiative, and enjoys building structure in growing businesses
