What you will be doing:

• Prepare and review annual and interim financial statements in line with regulatory requirements
• Manage reporting cycles to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery 
• Produce integrated and sustainability reports, coordinating inputs across departments
• Compile monthly consolidated reporting packs and analyse performance vs budgets
• Perform complex IFRS calculations and assess impact of new accounting standards
• Act as key liaison with external auditors and support internal audit processes
• Oversee statutory reporting for subsidiaries and manage AFS preparation
• Manage tax compliance including returns, VAT, forecasting and regulatory engagement
• Prepare compliance certificates and support debt and reporting obligations

What we are looking for:

• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent finance/accounting qualification
• 4–5 years post-articles experience
• Strong tax compliance knowledge and experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements
• Strong analytical, organisational and presentation skills
• High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail 
• Adaptable, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
