Our client operates within the manufacturing space and is seeking a Finance Manager who will be working closely with leadership to strengthen financial structures, improve reporting, and modernise systems. This is an opportunity for a high-potential finance professional to step into a leadership role with clear career progression.

What you will be doing

• Lead management accounts and financial reporting across multiple business units
• Drive cash flow and working capital optimisation
• Improve stock and inventory processes and visibility
• Strengthen audit readiness, controls, and financial governance
• Identify and implement system and process improvements
• Partner with leadership to provide commercial insights

What We’re Looking For

• CA(SA) / CIMA or similar
• 10+ years’ finance experience preferably within retail, manufacturing, FMCG or similar
• Strong technical grounding in accounting, reporting, and controls
• Proven exposure to stock/inventory environments
• Experience with cash flow and working capital management
• Commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• A proactive, driven individual ready to step into a broader leadership role
• Willing to work across two separate locations
