Our client is a dynamic property investment and management business with a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties. With a collaborative team environment and exciting expansion plans, they're looking for a qualified Management Accountant who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and making a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, reconciliation's and the general ledger.
• Oversee the monthly billing cycle for approximately 150 tenants, including rent, utilities and recoveries.
• Monitor accounts receivable, debtors and tenant account queries.
• Develop and monitor budgets, perform variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, provisional tax and support the annual audit process.

What we're looking for:

• Approximately 3 years' experience.
• Commercial accounting experience, with property sector exposure advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software (Sage Online experience would be beneficial).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team.
