Our client is a well-established retail and wholesale group operating across multiple trading entities, with a strong reputation for brand growth and a collaborative, values-driven culture. They're looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join their team.

As Finance Business Partner in Wholesale, you'll own the full budgeting and forecasting cycle for the wholesale channel across seven trading entities. You'll work closely with the Wholesale Commercial Manager, providing the financial insight that drives strategic account planning, pricing decisions, and profitability. This is a role where your analysis directly influences commercial outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead annual budgeting and coordinate monthly/quarterly forecasting across all trading entities
• Provide margin, pricing, and profitability analysis to support key account negotiations
• Prepare monthly performance reports, tracking budget vs actual and flagging variances
• Evaluate investment proposals and trade-spend ROI
• Present wholesale channel performance in management forums
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and FP&A teams

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years' progressive finance experience, with solid FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting exposure
• Proven commercial finance or business partnering background, ideally supporting pricing and margin analysis
• Strong ERP and BI/reporting system proficiency, with experience in multi-entity structures
