Job Description
Our client within the manufacturing and production sector seeks an experienced and mature Bookkeeper to join their team in Pinetown. This role will suit someone with a strong finance background including office admin and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping to Trial Balance and Balance Sheet
- Invoicing, financial statements, bank recons
- Managing VAT, EMP501, EMP201 (SDL, UIF) transactions and capturing
- Workman’s Compensation
- Admin function: answering phone, general emails, booking couriers
- HR function: Staff leave, IRP5, Contracts
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in similar role
- Xero accounting, Pastel Payroll is advantageous
