Play a key role within a dynamic finance team supporting accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency across a growing organisation based in Cape Town.

What you will be doing:
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage supplier queries
- Prepare and execute bank payments and reconcile transactions
- Maintain bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accrued and deferred income processes
- Support full month-end close including journals and reporting packs
- Handle revenue recognition and intercompany transactions
- Maintain fixed asset and intangible registers with related entries
- Prepare VAT returns and provisional tax submissions
- Assist with audit requirements and ad hoc financial reporting
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or bookkeeping role
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of business and financial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
