An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of a growing business, ensuring accuracy, strong cash flow management, and reliable reporting for decision-making.

What you will be doing:

• Manage full debtors function including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
• Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment schedules
• Maintain daily cashbook and perform regular bank reconciliations
• Monitor and report on cash flow, assisting with forecasting and planning
• Prepare and process EFT payments with proper authorisation and documentation
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain fixed asset register including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
• Oversee petty cash administration and reconciliations
• Assist with monthly management accounts, reporting, and budgeting processes
• Provide general administrative support and assist with audits and compliance

What we are looking for:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
• Experience working up to management accounts
• Strong knowledge of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and cash flow
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
