An opportunity has become available for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of a growing business, ensuring accuracy, strong cash flow management, and reliable reporting for decision-making.

What you will be doing:
- Manage full debtors function including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare payment schedules
- Maintain daily cashbook and perform regular bank reconciliations
- Monitor and report on cash flow, assisting with forecasting and planning
- Prepare and process EFT payments with proper authorisation and documentation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain fixed asset register including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
- Oversee petty cash administration and reconciliations
- Assist with monthly management accounts, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Provide general administrative support and assist with audits and compliance
What we are looking for:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance administration
- Experience working up to management accounts
- Strong knowledge of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
