What you'll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Processing accounts payable, payments and reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
• Supporting payroll and expense administration
• Assisting with audit preparation and statutory compliance
• Maintaining accurate grant and project financial records
• Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with funding and organisational requirements
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to provide financial support across the organisation

We're looking for someone who has:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• SAICA or SAIPA articles would be advantageous, although relevant experience will also be considered
• At least three years' experience in a finance environment
• Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
• Outstanding integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
