Join a dynamic team within the property management sector as the Head of Finance, reporting directly to the Financial Director and Chief Executive Officer. You will drive strategic financial direction, oversee diverse functions including Financial Management, Accounting, Risk, and Tax Management. You will lead the way in achieving operational and strategic goals while ensuring sustainable financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of financial operations
• Ensure accuracy and timeous flow of financial data stakeholders and external regulators
• Prepare annual reports,
• Meet regulatory and statutory bodies
• Preparation for annual audits
• Implementing and maintaining efficient accounting policies and procedures
• Financial reporting,
• Relationship management
• Cashflow management
• Management and development of the finance team
• Responsible for ensuring statutory payments are made per deadlines
• Project accounting
• Responsible for tenant billing
• Responsible for municipal income and expenses
• Management of all tax related affairs

Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification
• A minimum of 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience as Head of Finance or similar role
• Work experience and exposure in retail/property industry
• Demonstrable experience in managing and developing large teams is highly important
