Job Description
I am looking for an immediately available bookkeeper to take up a three month contract. The opportunity is based at their offices in Hartbeespoort and will be responsible for the full bookkeeping function to balance sheet
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping to Balance sheet level
Processing cashbooks
Prepare bank reconciliation's
Prepare monthly supplier reconciliation's
Prepare balance sheet reconciliation's
Prepare monthly journal entries
Raise accruals
Payments
Coordinate weekly/monthly payment runs
Reviewing of invoices for payment
Prepare payment batches
Resolve supplier and invoice queries
Load payments to banking system
Administration around payment processing
Requirements:
Financial qualification
3 – 5 years experience in a bookkeeping role
MS Excel - intermediate to advanced level
SAGE Evolution an advantage
