Job Description

I am seeking a Unit Trust Administrator for one of my clients, a Financial Services company. The suitable individual will have strong client services skills and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing / Approving instructions into the internal system
  • Ensuring that all FICA requirements are complied with
  • Accurate processing of client and transaction data
  • Attending to internal and external queries, and queries from clients
  • Maintaining good internal relationships with various departments
  • Processing of all daily client transactions
  • Performing validations on incoming client instructions
  • Examining captured instructions for accuracy
  • Maintaining records of all interactions with clients
  • General Reporting
  • Uploading files and release payment

Requirements:

  • Matric, Degree in Business Relates
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ working experience within the financial services industry
  • Minimum Experience: +/- 5 years Collective Investment scheme experience
  • Must have demonstrable experience of working in support of a senior individual and understand the need for confidentiality
  • Sound administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
  • Experience working on AWD, specifically Silica systems would be an advantage
  • Strong client services skills
  • Driver license with own reliable transport
