Our client a well-established family office is expanding, and they are looking for a dedicated Paraplanner to provide essential administrative support to their Advisors. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients, assisting with transactions, client interactions, account management, and supporting basic financial planning. Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning Support: Develop precise financial and risk management documents, ensuring compliance and alignment with adviser strategies and client needs
- Client Portfolio Management: Prepare accurate statement of advice documents and review customer portfolio reports, considering market trends and changes in client circumstances
- Risk Coverage: Regularly assess and update customer risk coverage, advising on necessary actions based on risk needs and product updates
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Keep clients well-informed, handle inquiries, and solve client-related issues efficiently
- Administrative Support: Manage client policy information, prepare new applications and quotations, and maintain client relationships via the CRM system
- Team Coordination: Contribute to team objectives, report new business statistics, and manage the Adviser’s diary for review appointments
Requirements:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- CFP designation and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning is preferrable
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
