Responsibilities:

• Managing the creation of invoices and purchase orders
• Preparation and first review of monthly management accounts
• Maintaining the operating cash flow document
• Maintaining schedules of goods ordered and sold (stock movement schedules)
• Analysis of service providers’ invoices
• Preparation of purchase and sales forecasts
• Management of two junior accounting clerks
• Assisting with audit preparation and samples
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Financial Degree
• Articles (SAIPA) advantage
• MS Excel essential
• Pastel or NAV (Business Central) experience advantageous
• 1-2 years’ experience (even if just through SAIPA articles)
• Accounting/finance qualification –BCom or equivalent
