Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fund operations, monthly/quarterly NAV reconciliation and review
- Calculate and review of fund management and performance fees
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder
- Manage reconciliation of capital transactions
- Support and contribute to external reporting
- Oversee annual fund audits with knowledge of Lux GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare of monthly Fund IRRs
- Work on strategic initiatives as they arise
- Manage Tax compliance and structuring
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience within the fund accounting space
