My client in the credit industry seeks an experienced Associate Director of Risk Management to drive critical decision-making and enhance risk management practices  within a dynamic organization with rapid growth, expanding their portfolio and scale operations. Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of portfolio company performance
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Take ownership of regular monitoring meetings / interactions with portfolio companies
• Prepare and present comprehensive risk monitoring reports to key stakeholders
• Lead the maintenance of internal Risk Ratings for portfolio companies
• Proactively manage waiver requests, covenant breaches, amendments, and other ad-hoc risk exercises
• Manage the internal Risk Monitoring system
• Lead and manage financial recovery and restructuring efforts for distressed portfolio companies (where required)

Requirements:

• Professional qualification 
• 7+ years of corporate credit analysis experience in a financial institution managing private credit exposures
• Expertise in emerging markets or fintech
• Experience in climate-related investments and an understanding of ESG/Impact related credit risks
