Responsibilities:
- Put together Accounts payable batches
- Oversee creditors clerk
- Invoicing
- Debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Cashbooks and credit card reconciliations
- Bank payment processing
- Accruals
- Manage payroll for 4 companies
- Put together payroll journals
- Run Stock counts
- Put together stock journals
- Manage cash flow and projections
- Put together Sales reports
- Manage Petty cash
- Manage Medical aid claims
- Order office supplies
- Manage Intercompany payments, transactions and loan accounts
- Submit EMP201s, EMP501s and IRP5s
- Put together Profit and Loss Report (balance sheet and income statement)
- Oversee management accounts
- Qualification: BCom, SAIPA, AGA(SA) with 2 years post articles experience
- Experience: previous experience within hospitality and restaurant environment
- Working knowledge of Sage Evolution, Pilot (advantageous)
- Own reliable transport essential
