A well-established professional services firm, focused on delivering high-quality financial and tax services to their clients, is looking for a Company / Trust Secretarial Administrator to join them. Lovely opportunity to be located on the South Coast of South Africa!

What you will be doing: 

  • Responsible for our Secretarial department, maintaining CIPC and the Masters office updates, registrations, annual duty submissions, etc.
  • Will also assist the tax department with SARS queries and tax administration
  • Annual returns
  • Beneficial ownership registers
  • Directors and MOI amendments
  • Incorporation and deregistration of companies
  • Ensure FICA, KYC and AML compliance and maintain updated records on trusts, companies, directors, and beneficial owners
  • Provide general secretarial administration and arrange signatures of documents
  • Offer general support to partners on company secretarial matters

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven background aligned with listed responsibilities
  • Diploma in Administration or Management Assistant advantageous
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
