As Financial Manager, you’ll play a key role in steering financial performance, ensuring compliance and driving business insights that matter.

About the Role
Based in Cape Town with hybrid working, this is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and influence. You’ll be responsible for managing full-spectrum finance operations across the South African office, while collaborating with global leaders to report on performance across the African region.

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for revenue and overheads submitted to global HQ
•    Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with clear variance commentary
•    Oversee statutory compliance and prepare AFS in line with IFRS
•    Manage cash flow, liquidity, credit exposure, and foreign exchange risk
•    Drive procurement efficiency and vendor performance, ensuring best practices
•    Oversee HR and payroll functions, aligned with company policies
•    Engage with VPs and international teams on regional performance
•    Build trusted relationships with mills, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

What We’re Looking For
•    Financial qualification (BCom or equivalent)
•    5+ years’ experience in a financial management role
•    Strong analytical and commercial acumen
•    Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
•    Proven ability to adapt, manage change, and drive efficiency
