What you will be doing:

• Analyse, capture, and process invoices
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Prepare weekly and monthly creditor payment batches
• Resolve supplier queries timeously
• Prepare and manage creditor age analyses
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing management reports
• Deliver efficient, friendly service to internal and external stakeholders
• Complete credit applications
• Archive source documents (invoices, statements)
• Assist auditors during year‑end audits
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required

What we are looking for: 

• Grade 12 (a financial qualification or current studies is advantageous)
• 3–4 years’ experience in creditors
• Syspro experience beneficial
• Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT legislation
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving ability
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Stable employment history (no job hopping)
