Job Description
We’re working with a dynamic, multi-entity group spanning property, travel, and tech, to recruit a Group Finance Manager who can step into a pivotal leadership role.
This is not a typical FM role. With 7 trading entities, 11 finance reports, and a team in need of direction, we’re looking for someone tech savvy who can stabilize, lead, and transform a busy finance function.

What you will do:
- Full financial leadership (compliance, reporting, budgeting, and controls) across 7 entities spanning property, travel and tech
- Establish clear oversight and reporting structures
- Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline software use, Implement automation and reduce duplication
- Conduct strategic reviews and drive accountability across the team
- Mentor and manage junior and mid-level staff with clear KPIs and expectations
- Partner with Exec team to guide direction and improve performance transparency
What you will need:
- Minimum of a Degree with a professional qualification / completed articles advantageous
- 8+ years' experience with exposure working for a group with multiple entities
- Previous people management experience
- Demonstrated success in building high-performance cultures
- Experience in automation and systems improvement
