As Financial Accountant, you will take charge of the full accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and proactive thinking will make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the full general ledger function, including journals and cashbook reconciliations
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare, reconcile, and submit VAT returns
• Conduct weekly cash flow forecasting
• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports
• Support the Finance Director and Finance Manager with financial insights and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• BCom Accounting degree (completed)
• 5–8 years’ relevant accounting experience
• Proven experience managing the full accounting function
• Strong proficiency in Pastel, BPO, and advanced Excel preferred
• Experience with commission calculations (advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• High levels of integrity and confidentiality
