What you will be doing:
- Prepare financial reports for multiple group entities
- Maintain and control fixed asset registers
- Prepare weekly sales and monthly commission reports
- Review debtors and creditors ageing
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, COID, annual returns, and statutory filings
- Compile monthly management accounts for all group entities
- Support BBBEE compliance across trading companies
- Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Complete annual financial statements with auditors
- Handle tax planning, tax computations, and tax submissions
- Manage daily accounting transactions and month‑/year‑end closings
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely financial reporting
- Monitor financial health, liquidity, and confidentiality of financial data
- Conduct regular database backups
- Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements timeously
What we are looking:
Experience & Qualifications
- Completed BCom in Financial Accounting or similar
- Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, structured, and detail‑oriented
- Strong technical background in reporting and statutory compliance
- Proficient time‑management and prioritisation skills

- Winfreight TMS (training will be provided)
- SAGE Evolution
- SAGE Pastel Payroll
- Draftworx
