What you will be doing: 

  • Support advisory and transaction services work across multiple client projects
  • Produce clear, accurate financial analysis and databooks
  • Communicate key findings and deal‑impacting issues concisely in reports
  • Identify risks early and propose actionable solutions
  • Assist in project management throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Conduct detailed research on companies, sectors, investors, and market trends
  • Prepare Information memorandums, business plans, and funding documentation
  • As you progress, build and develop integrated financial models for transactions
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, deal origination, and networking

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • CA(SA) or CFA qualified
  • 3+ years of audit or accounting experience
  • Deals or transaction Services or M&A experience desirable but not essential

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical mind set with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel capability and interest in financial modelling
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise professionally with senior stakeholders and advisors
  • Problem‑solving skills with the ability to plan for multiple outcomes
