What you will be doing:

  • Oversee full accounting function across multiple entities, trusts, and investment structures
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and board reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting
  • Monitor liquidity, treasury, and cash flow requirements
  • Support investment portfolio tracking, performance analysis, and asset allocation
  • Analyse new investment opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Liaise with wealth managers, stockbrokers, and investment advisors
  • Oversee tax compliance for individuals, trusts, and companies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including SARS and CIPC
  • Manage audits and statutory submissions
  • Assist with trust administration and estate planning initiatives
  • Maintain governance records and legal documentation
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders including bankers, attorneys, and auditors
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in all matters

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified CA(SA)
  • Minimum 5 years post-articles experience
  • Experience in wealth management, family office, fiduciary, or private client environments
  • Strong understanding of trusts, tax, and multi-entity structures
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion

Advantageous:

  • Exposure to offshore structures and foreign investments
  • Knowledge of estate planning principles
  • Experience with property portfolios or alternative investments
