We have a truly exciting opportunity for a senior finance leader.   A very well established and stable entity is looking to build a younger management team to take the company in a new direction with new processes and ways of thinking. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial operations and partnering with executive stakeholders to turn financial insights into business strategy.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, payroll, and revenue recognition
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Consolidate budgets and monitor performance against forecasts 
• Deliver executive-level reporting packs with financial insights and trends
• Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members and managers
• Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and business performance

What we are looking for:

• Professional certification such as CA
• 5–10+ years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting leadership
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems 
• Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with financial automation tools or AI-enabled finance platforms advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
