An exciting opportunity has opened within a well-established logistics business for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team in Cape Town.
This is not a typical admin role focused purely on processing. The successful individual will play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, identifying discrepancies, analysing costs, improving controls, and working closely with operations and management to resolve issues and improve efficiencies across the business.

Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3–5 years’ finance or administration-related experience
- Strong Excel skills — essential
- Experience working on business operating systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

- Advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to Power BI or AI tools
