A fast-growing, multi-national client who is in an exciting growth phase, is seeking a commercially minded finance manager to strengthen financial operations, support strategic growth, and optimise scalable systems. This employer of choice in their field, with a multi-national footprint are looking for your financial management experience in a multi-jurisdictional group finance environment to add to their already strong finance team. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English required.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Prepare monthly management accounts including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records across multiple entities
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Support international expansion through financial planning and oversight
• Oversee accounts payable or receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash flow
• Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies
• Coordinate audits and maintain strong governance and internal controls
• Manage company secretarial responsibilities and statutory compliance
• Drive finance system improvements, process optimisation, and technology adoption
• Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering accountability and high performance

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting with a preference to CA(SA) qualified or similar
• 5–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including financial management level 
• Experience working with auditors and tax authorities, group finance experience with multi-jurisdictional exposure
• Strong knowledge of Sage products and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English essential
