Do you thrive on turning property portfolios into high-value assets? Our client is a commercial property specialist looking for a sharp, commercially minded finance professional to join them in an Asset Manager role, to take full ownership of portfolio performance and strategic direction

What am I missing? How do I create more value?" What you will be doing:

• Drive income growth, vacancy reduction and asset value enhancement
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flows and business plans
• Identify opportunities for rental growth, cost savings, redevelopment and value creation
• Evaluate leasing, capital expenditure and investment decisions using robust financial analysis
• Monitor performance metrics, trends and risks across the portfolio
• Work closely with property managers, tenants, brokers and service providers
• Lead strategic asset improvement, refurbishment and redevelopment initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar asset management role
• CA(SA) candidates preferred, or a minimum of a relevant qualification in finance and/or accounting, or demonstrable equivalent experience
• Exceptional numerical, analytical and financial modelling ability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interrogate data thoroughly
• Commercially astute with excellent business judgement and decision-making capability
• Intelligent, curious and naturally driven to solve complex problems
• Able to make sound decisions quickly in a dynamic environment
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• High levels of accountability, ownership and initiative
