Job Description
Our client, a leading Wealth Management Company, is seeking an Investment Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for preparation and processing of a wide variety of client transactions and is ideally suited to someone with prior investment administration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and processing of all client transactions (investments, repurchases, debit orders etc)
- Processing of any instructions relating to broker appointments or changes, any policy holder changes, particulars, etc
- Processing of Pension and Provident fund transfers
- Managing annual income renewals for Living Annuities
- Recording of client transactions on portfolio management system
- Periodic investment valuation updates on portfolio management system for client reporting purposes
- Managing broker queries for clients' investments with product providers
Requirements:
- BCom degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Previous investment administration experience - minimum of 2 years preferred
