What you will be doing:
- Manage the full accounting function up to trial balance
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Complete VAT, PAYE and other statutory submissions
- Assist with year‑end audits and liaise with auditors
- Maintain and review financial controls and processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger oversight
- Support operational teams with financial reporting and analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and legislation
What we are looking for:
- BCom Accounting / Financial Management (or similar)
- Completed or studying SAIPA / SAICA articles (advantageous)
- 2–5 years accounting and/or audit experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance
- Experience with accounting software (Pastel, Sage or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
