What the role is about:

You’ll act as the bridge between finance and the business—connecting strategy to performance through meaningful analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with business units to provide financial insight and strategic guidance
• Own budgeting and rolling forecast cycles from start to finish
• Deliver clear, insightful management reports
• Support key business decisions with data-driven analysis
• Assist with supplier-related financial processes and risk considerations
• Build strong, trusted relationships across teams

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Finance or similar (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)
• 3+ years’ experience in financial management or business partnering
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
