Our client operates within the manufacturing space and is seeking a Finance Manager who will be working closely with leadership to strengthen financial structures, improve reporting, and modernise systems. What you will be doing
- Lead management accounts and financial reporting across multiple business units
- Drive cash flow and working capital optimisation
- Improve stock and inventory processes and visibility
- Strengthen audit readiness, controls, and financial governance
- Identify and implement system and process improvements
- Partner with leadership to provide commercial insights
What We’re Looking For
- CA(SA) / CIMA or similar
- 10+ years’ finance experience preferably within retail, manufacturing, FMCG or similar
- Strong technical grounding in accounting, reporting, and controls
- Proven exposure to stock/inventory environments
- Experience with cash flow and working capital management
- Commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- A proactive, driven individual ready to step into a broader leadership role
- Willing to work across two separate locations
