We're looking for an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance function, partner with operational teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a growing business.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Chartered Accountant who enjoys being close to the operation, influencing decision-making, and leading a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve profitability, optimise margins, and drive working capital efficiencies
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and executive decision-making
• Oversee cost accounting, product costing, pricing support, and factory variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements while maintaining strong financial controls
• Develop, mentor, and lead a capable finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

• Registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience, ideally in a senior finance or management role
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner across multiple business functions
• Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment
