Job Description
We have been tasked with finding a proactive Financial Administrator to join my client's finance team on a three month contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, accounts are reconciled efficiently and financial records remain up to date. Your work will directly support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Process high volumes of invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Complete company information for credit applications.
- Maintain accurate financial records while supporting process improvements.
- Allocate and post customer receipts to the correct accounts.
- Prepare monthly customer statements and assist with ad hoc financial reporting.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, reliable team player who can also work independently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
