Job Description

We have been tasked with finding a proactive Financial Administrator to join my client's finance team on a three month contract. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately, accounts are reconciled efficiently and financial records remain up to date. Your work will directly support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process high volumes of invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Complete company information for credit applications.
  • Maintain accurate financial records while supporting process improvements.
  • Allocate and post customer receipts to the correct accounts.
  • Prepare monthly customer statements and assist with ad hoc financial reporting.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in accounts administration or bookkeeping.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, reliable team player who can also work independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Own Transport is essential
