About the Role

As the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you'll take ownership of strategic financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management. You'll work closely with executive leadership, delivering meaningful financial insights that support business growth while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance and reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, annual and statutory financial reporting.
• Produce executive and Board-level reporting packs with insightful financial commentary and recommendations.
• Drive the budgeting, forecasting and long-term strategic planning processes.
• Partner with operational leaders to analyse performance, identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Champion continuous improvement by enhancing reporting processes, automation and financial systems.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while building strong relationships across the business.

What We're Looking For

• CA(SA) qualification, with significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
• Experience within a high-volume retail or commercial environment will be highly advantageous.
• Advanced SAP, Excel and reporting systems experience.
• A strategic thinker with excellent leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
