An established and respected wealth management organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead and expand its Wealth division across KwaZulu-Natal, combining strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement and business growth

What you will be doing:
- Lead, manage, and grow the regional Wealth business
- Drive business development and identify new market opportunities
- Build and maintain a personal portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients
- Deliver holistic wealth management and financial planning solutions
- Mentor and support advisers and regional staff to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, introducers, and strategic partners
- Monitor regional performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking engagements
- Contribute to regional strategy alongside senior leadership
What we are looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Investments, Wealth Management or similar
- CFP® or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning advantageous
- RE5 completed and FAIS compliant
- Proven experience in wealth management and financial advisory
- Leadership or management experience within financial services
- Strong existing client base or proven ability to build one
- Solid understanding of investment products and financial planning principles
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
