An established and respected wealth management organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead and expand its Wealth division across KwaZulu-Natal, combining strategic leadership with hands-on client engagement and business growth

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, manage, and grow the regional Wealth business
  • Drive business development and identify new market opportunities
  • Build and maintain a personal portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver holistic wealth management and financial planning solutions
  • Mentor and support advisers and regional staff to achieve targets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, introducers, and strategic partners
  • Monitor regional performance, profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and networking engagements
  • Contribute to regional strategy alongside senior leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Investments, Wealth Management or similar
  • CFP® or Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning advantageous
  • RE5 completed and FAIS compliant
  • Proven experience in wealth management and financial advisory
  • Leadership or management experience within financial services
  • Strong existing client base or proven ability to build one
  • Solid understanding of investment products and financial planning principles
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
