Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations
- Prepare and produce accurate monthly financial reports
- Analyse and interpret financial information
- Manage budget preparation and cost management
- Manage and oversee Cash management
- Oversee financial year-end audit
- Prepare VAT, Tax and statutory reporting
- Manage asset management
- Review, update and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee insurance administration
- Develop and maintain relationships with external
- Lead and manage the finance team
Requirements:
- CA (SA) or CIMA qualification advantageous
- B.Com (Hons) Accounting or equivalent with completed articles min
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management role
- Proven track record of managing a team of at least 3 - 4 team members
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong skills with MS Office and MS Excel Advanced (non-negotiable)
